Chick N Teriyaki

After Biscuit N Brisket closed, we were still responsible to the landlord. Using crisis management techniques, I "flipped" the restaurant into our Chick-N-Teriyaki concept. We were closed for only 6 days! That's right, a 100% new restaurant in 6 days!

CNT was an original "ghost kitchen" concept to provide better staff and product efficiency out of our Cantina Taqueria restaurant. With a proven concept already existing, we transformed it into a physical location here.
